Layer Junkies, LLC

This Shipping Policy governs the shipment, delivery, and pickup of products purchased from Layer Junkies, LLC (“Layer Junkies,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).


1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, unless otherwise stated.

Custom orders, made-to-order items, and large equipment may require additional processing time. Estimated timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase when applicable.


2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

Layer Junkies ships orders using third-party carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other comparable carriers. Carrier selection is determined at our discretion unless otherwise specified.

Shipping costs are calculated based on item size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation.

All shipping rates include handling and packaging costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where an error is caused by Layer Junkies.

Layer Junkies reserves the right to adjust shipping rates at any time without prior notice.


4. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery time estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

Layer Junkies is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier service disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

  • Acts beyond our reasonable control


5. Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available at our Dothan, Alabama location when offered at checkout.

Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup. Orders not collected within a reasonable timeframe may be canceled or restocked at our discretion.


6. Local Delivery (If Offered)

Local delivery services, when available, are limited to designated areas and may require an additional fee. Delivery availability and pricing will be displayed at checkout.


7. Large or Oversized Items

Large items, including but not limited to 3D printers and equipment, may be subject to:

  • Additional shipping fees

  • Freight delivery

  • Signature requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring appropriate access for delivery.


8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Layer Junkies is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


9. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If an order arrives damaged, customers must notify Layer Junkies within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery and provide photographic documentation of the item and packaging.

Claims for lost shipments must be reported within seven (7) days of the carrier’s marked delivery date.

Layer Junkies will assist with carrier claims when applicable but is not responsible for carrier decisions.


10. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for shipped items pass to the customer upon transfer of the order to the shipping carrier.


11. International Shipping

At this time, Layer Junkies ships within the United States only, unless otherwise stated.


12. Policy Modifications

Layer Junkies reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
