Refund & Return Policy

Layer Junkies, LLC

Effective Date: January 2026

Layer Junkies, LLC (“Layer Junkies,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) sells technical products, consumables, and custom-made items. All sales are subject to the following Refund & Return Policy.

1. General Policy

All sales are final except as expressly stated in this policy. By completing a purchase with Layer Junkies, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined below.

2. Retail Merchandise (Filament, Parts, Accessories)

Unopened and unused retail merchandise may be returned within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that:

  • The item remains in its original, unopened packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.

Non-returnable items include, but are not limited to:

  • Filament opened, unopened, or otherwise

  • Consumable items once opened

  • 3D printed items

  • Clearance or discounted merchandise

3. 3D Printers and Electronic Equipment

All 3D printers and electronic equipment are final sale once opened or used.

An exchange may be permitted if the product is dead on arrival (DOA) and the issue is reported within seven (7) calendar days of delivery or in-store pickup. All DOA claims are subject to verification by Layer Junkies.

Manufacturer warranties apply where applicable. Layer Junkies may assist customers with warranty claims but is not responsible for manufacturer decisions.

4. Custom Orders and Custom 3D Prints

All custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom-designed models

  • Customer-supplied files

  • Personalized or made-to-order items

If Layer Junkies produces a custom item that materially differs from the approved specifications due to our error, we may, at our discretion, offer a reprint or refund.

5. Workshops, Classes, and Events

All workshop, class, and event registrations are non-refundable.

Class credit may be issued if cancellation occurs at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled start time. Missed sessions without notice are forfeited.

6. Memberships and Subscriptions

Memberships and subscriptions are non-refundable. Benefits begin immediately upon purchase. Memberships may be canceled to prevent future billing.

7. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and expire twelve (12) months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise required by law.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery or pickup and must include photographic documentation of the item and packaging.

9. Shipping Fees

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where an error is caused by Layer Junkies.

10. Policy Enforcement

Layer Junkies reserves the right to:

  • Deny returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy

  • Limit or refuse returns in cases of suspected abuse

  • Make reasonable exceptions at our sole discretion

11. Acceptance of Terms

Completion of a purchase constitutes acceptance of this Refund & Return Policy.
