Frequently Asked Questions

What file formats do you accept?

We accept STL, OBJ, 3MF, STEP, and most standard 3D file formats. If you have a file from a 3D model site like Thingiverse, Printables, or MyMiniFactory, just paste the link directly in our order form — no download needed on your end.

How long does an order take?

Turnaround depends on complexity and size. Most small-to-medium prints are completed within 3–7 business days. Custom design work may take longer. We'll always provide a timeline estimate when you submit your request — and keep you updated along the way.

How much does 3D printing cost?

Pricing varies based on size, material, complexity, and quantity. Submit a request and we'll provide a personalized quote — no commitment required. There's no cost to ask.

Do you offer shipping?

Yes! We ship anywhere in the US. Local customers in Dothan and the Wiregrass area can also pick up in person — just let us know your preference when you submit your order.

Can I send a link from a 3D model site?

Absolutely. Paste your link from Thingiverse, Printables, MyMiniFactory, Cults3D, or any other site directly into the "3D Model File URL" field in our order form. We'll download it, review it, and confirm printability before starting.

What ages are the classes for?

We have three dedicated tracks: Kids (Ages 5–8) focused on STEM play and creativity, Teens (Ages 9–13) covering real engineering and CAD design, and Adults (Ages 18+) from complete beginner to professional level. All tracks are designed for people with zero prior experience.

Do you repair all brands of 3D printer?

We work with most FDM (filament-based) 3D printers. Bring yours in and we'll take a look. A diagnostic assessment is always available — we'll tell you what's wrong before any repair work begins so you can make an informed decision.
